As one very important equipment within the drilling fluid circulating system, JQB series Shearing Pumps perform the dual function of cutting and pumping,  making the drilling fluid ideally suited for every drilling requirements of reducing solids size and protection of it’s downstream equipments.

Featuring our unique, high efficiency anti-fouling chopping impeller, they simultaneously shear and pump the most difficult solids, reduce bentonite cost more than 20%, moreover, significantly improve the filtration loss property and mud cake quality to generate a better gelatification effect, more effectively protecting the bore wall and prevent from production zone contamination.

Main features and benefits as follows:

1. Maintain and enhance the excellent hydration effect of bentonite particles. Shearing pumps effectively accelerate the dispersion of bentonite to increase the surface contact area and ion exchange frequency of the particles, thereby to generate a better hydration velocity and drilling fluid rheological property. Particularly for offshore drilling with sea water drilling fluid.

2. Speed up the dilution and hydration of polymer chemicals.

Prior to entering into the drilling fluid, polymer are chopped and reduced in size with ideal efficiency to keep polymer particles perfectly contact with water,  finally to accelerate the dissolving, dispersion and hydration process .Using shearing pump to treat the drilling fluid is favorable for increasing drilling operation,improving quality of drilling fluid, reducing the drilling cost and time,and reducing the labor intensity.
