  3. Use our experience and knowledge to anticipate potential problems to take preventative measures.
  4. Monitor tenancies and work closely with landlords and other agents to maintain compliance with terms & conditions.
  5. Coordinate with clients’ and owners’ solicitors to ensure timely execution of tenancy agreements.Follow-up on unfinished work and arrange contractors for repair work throughout period of tenancy when necessary.
  6. Provide accurate information on market trends to facilitate tenancy renewal decision-making process.
  7. Negotiate lease renewals.
  8. Advise and support our clients on procedures for vacating premises and necessary paperwork.
  9. Provide physical support for smooth, trouble-free handover of premises upon lease expiry.
  10. Provide support for timely settlement of security deposits.
